Cayla's Power Tumbling, Dance, and Cheer!

Is your child 7+ and just starting out in tumbling? If so, this is the class for them! This is an introductory tumbling class that will teach them basic tumbling skills such as: forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridge ups. They will also be introduced to backbends which will progress into pull-ups and kick-overs.

The goal is to keep them progressing to learn new skills and put an emphasis on learning proper technique. Tumble Shoes are required.

2 hours per week of this class is recommended for the fastest progression rate.
